We offer energy healing including Core Regeneration, crystal healing and chakra balancing sessions for added restorative support to aid wellness, wholeness and regeneration. Young and old will benefit from these one-on-one sessions.
Go with the flow & Fusion (75 mins)
Suitable for all levels, includes asana, pranayama and meditation. Ideal to reset, refocus, readjust and restart. It incorporates different forms of yoga such as Hatha, Vinyasa and others.
Yin yoga (75 mins)
Works the deeper tissues of the body – ligaments, joints, fascial networks and even bones. Suitable for all levels.
Kundalini Yoga (75 mins)
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is also called the Yoga of Awareness. A regular Kundalini practice gives a dynamic, powerful tool to accelerate spiritual growth and healing. It develops the power of the intuitive mind – our inner guidance.
